Meet Heather Smith, a dedicated and experienced certifed vision therapist with a diverse background. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Heather devoted 9 years to teaching in Virginia, fostering the growth and development of young minds.

In 2017, she embarked on a new journey as a certified Vision Therapist, a path influenced by personal experience. Following her daughter's successful completion of 36 months of vision therapy, she found a passion for helping others in the realm of vision care.

Beyond professional accomplishments, Heather celebrates a rich family life, having been happily married for 29 years. The proud parent of 8 children, 2 in-law kids, and 2 grandchildren, family is at the heart of her world. The household is further enriched by the presence of 2 delightful Siberian Huskies, adding warmth and joy to the family dynamic.

Balancing career and personal pursuits, Heather has a deep love for hiking, finding solace and enjoyment in this cherished hobby. Currently, she is pursuing further academic excellence, working towards a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management. This reflects a commitment to combining her educational and therapeutic expertise with a strategic understanding of healthcare administration.
